Meal Plan
Breakfast: 1 c. mixed berries with 1 c. nonfat organic yogurt
Lunch: 4 oz. baked tilapia with steamed broccoli and asparagus
Snack: 1 Health Wise chocolate shake (available for purchase at the Wellness Center)
Dinner: 4 oz. baked chicken with wild rice pilaf
