To mark the 100 year anniversary of Baptist Hospital, the NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center will be hosting a 100 day, 100 minutes a week exercise challenge to all NEA Baptist employees.
All physicians and employees are encouraged to attend.
We will be posting workouts, menus, healthy tips, and motivational quotes daily throughout the program and you are encouraged to ask questions and post your progress on our page!

Breakfast:1 c. oatmeal w/ 2 apricots, 4 oz 100% juice,
Lunch:1 Health Wise turkey chili entree
Snack: 2 plums
Dinner: 2 oz serving of rump roast with 1 c. mashed potatoes, 1 c. roasted carrots
